Children work in small groups and enjoy a balance of academics and play in a structured environ- ment. PART-TIME TEACHER WANTED - Grande Prairie, AB

Oxford Learning Grande Prairie is looking for part-time teachers for our elementary and high school programs. Our teachers are passionate and enthusiastic about education and the Oxford Learning program, dedicated to helping students achieve success!

Teachers work with students grade 1–12 in groups up to 3 students, helping each student learn how to learn. This is the perfect opportunity for semi-retired teachers, substitute teachers or teachers looking to earn a little extra income.

Candidates must be available 2 – 4 evenings a week, Monday to Thursday (4 to 8 pm) and some Saturday hours, and must be able to commit until the end of the 2009 school year.

A strong candidate will have the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong language skills
• Excellent organization skills
• Experience teaching or working with children
• Knowledge of High School Math and Science is an asset
